United Kingdom
Standard Delivery (Free UK Delivery)
Typically 5–7 working days from dispatch
Express Delivery (£9.95)
Typically 1–3 working days from dispatch where available
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
Prescription orders, bespoke glazing, or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time prior to dispatch.
Delivery times may be extended during public holidays, high-demand periods, severe weather, or courier disruption.
United States
Standard USA Delivery (Tracked) – $15 USD

DHL Express USA (Duties & Taxes Included) – $35 USD

Where DHL Express Duties Included is selected, applicable duties and taxes are included at checkout.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges depending on your destination country and shipping method selected.
Where duties-inclusive shipping is selected and clearly shown at checkout, applicable duties and taxes are collected in advance through the relevant shipping service.
Where duties-inclusive shipping is not selected, any applicable import charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Burghley & Co cannot guarantee customs clearance timeframes and is not responsible for customs delays, local import procedures, or charges imposed by destination authorities.

Orders are fulfilled either directly by Burghley & Co in the United Kingdom or via authorised fulfilment partners to ensure secure and efficient delivery.

Order Processing

Tracking
Where tracking is available, shipment confirmation and tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking availability may vary depending on courier or destination.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier where appropriate.
Claims for lost parcels should be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Damage in transit should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, ideally with photographs of packaging and product condition.
Returns Shipping
For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
This applies to UK and international customers, including USA customers.
International returns must be sent back to our United Kingdom returns address unless otherwise agreed.
