Before you begin
To make sure we can accurately assess and reglaze your glasses, your frame and prescription must meet the requirements below.
The lens must be fully enclosed by the frame.
Please do not remove the lenses before sending your glasses.
The glasses must have been worn comfortably by the person placing the order.
Upload it through LensAdvisor or email it after ordering.
Frames must be free from cracks, significant damage and obvious weakness.
How it works
Choose the correct frame type below, select your lenses through LensAdvisor, then send your glasses to us securely packaged.
Select full-rim plastic or full-rim metal.
Choose your prescription type and lens options through LensAdvisor.
Upload a copy during LensAdvisor or email it to us after ordering.
Place your glasses inside a protective case, then put the case inside a sturdy outer box.
Use a suitable tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage.
Your frame and prescription are checked before the new lenses are fitted.
Your completed glasses are securely packed and sent back using Royal Mail Tracked.

You can upload your current prescription during the LensAdvisor process or email it to us after placing your order. We must receive a clear, current copy before glazing can begin.

Our online service is currently limited to suitable full-rim plastic and full-rim metal frames.
These are not currently included in the online service.
We cannot use empty frames, display lenses or lenses previously worn by someone else.
Frames with visible damage or significant weakness may not be safe to reglaze.
These may require a specialist assessment and are not included online.

Your new lenses are fitted, checked and professionally finished.
Your glasses are placed back into their case and protected for the return journey.
Your completed glasses are sent back using Royal Mail Tracked.

Yes, provided your glasses are a suitable full-rim plastic or full-rim metal frame, remain in good condition and still contain the prescription lenses you have previously worn.
Your existing lenses allow us to take important fitting and centration measurements from glasses you already wear successfully. Please do not remove them before sending your frame.

Place your glasses inside a protective case, then place that case inside a sturdy outer box with suitable packing material. Do not send glasses in a soft envelope or mailing bag alone.
