How much does it cost to replace the lenses in my glasses?+

Single vision lenses start from £50 and varifocal lenses start from £145. Anti-reflection coating is included with both.

Can you put new prescription lenses in my existing frames?+

Yes, provided your glasses are a suitable full-rim plastic or metal frame, are in good condition and still have the existing prescription lenses fitted.

Do my existing lenses need to stay fitted?+

Yes. Please leave your current prescription lenses fitted because they provide important fitting and centration information from glasses you have already worn successfully.

How do I send my prescription?+

Upload a clear copy of your current prescription during the ordering process or email it after placing your order.

How long does the lens replacement service take?+

Single vision orders typically take 5–7 working days and varifocal orders typically take 7–10 working days from receipt of your glasses, prescription and all required information.

How are my completed glasses returned?+

Your completed glasses are securely packaged and returned using Royal Mail Tracked.
