Turnaround begins once we have received your glasses, current prescription and any information needed to complete the order.

Our online service is currently available for suitable full-rim plastic and full-rim metal frames.
Suitable for full-rim metal frames where each lens is fully enclosed by the eyewire.
Suitable for full-rim acetate, plastic and injection-moulded frames.
Before you order
Your existing lenses are needed so we can take important fitting and centration measurements from glasses you have already worn successfully.
Please do not remove the lenses before sending your glasses.
The glasses must have been worn comfortably by the person placing the order.
Upload it through LensAdvisor or email it after ordering.
The frame must be free from cracks, significant damage or obvious weakness.
Simple and secure
Select your prescription lens options through LensAdvisor.
Upload a current copy or email it after placing your order.
Place them inside a protective case and put the case inside a sturdy outer box.
Once completed, your glasses are returned using Royal Mail Tracked.
