Keep your full-rim plastic or acetate frame and have it professionally fitted with brand-new prescription lenses.

We inspect every frame before glazing begins, but your glasses must meet the basic conditions below.

Existing lenses remain fitted

Please do not remove the lenses before sending your glasses.

Previously worn successfully by you

The glasses must have been worn comfortably by the person placing the order.

Current prescription required

Upload it through the lens-selection process or email it after ordering.

Frame in suitable condition

The frame must be free from cracks, significant damage and obvious weakness.

Pack your glasses securely

Place them inside a protective case, then put the case inside a sturdy outer box.

Post them using tracked delivery

Use a tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage.

We inspect and glaze them

Your frame, prescription and existing lens measurements are checked before glazing.

Returned by Royal Mail Tracked

Your completed glasses are securely packaged and returned using Royal Mail Tracked.

Pack them securely

Send your glasses in a case and sturdy box

Place your glasses inside a protective case, then place that case inside a sturdy outer box with suitable packing material. Use a tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage. Do not send glasses in a soft mailing bag or envelope alone.

Empty frames, display lenses and lenses previously worn by someone else are not accepted.

Cracked, distorted or heavily worn frames

Visible damage or weakness may make a frame unsafe to reglaze.
