Most orders are ready within 7–14 days, depending on your lens choice. Special lens options may take a little longer, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Adjusting to new lenses, especially varifocals, can take a little time. If you have any issues, we’ll work with you to resolve them — whether that means adjusting the fit, fine-tuning the lenses, or refitting them if needed.
At the moment, we focus on adult frames and lenses. However, we can advise on children’s eyewear if needed and recommend trusted local providers.
Yes — all frames come with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects, and every pair of lenses includes a 2-year scratch warranty for your peace of mind.
